Snowcapped mountains once again. I am always mesmerized when I look North and see these immense, foreboding clouds hovering around the middle of them.
Lines, lines, lines
We went to Kelowna this long weekend, Canada’s birthday. I hesitated going but in the end, enjoyed myself and the company, and basked in the sun and heat (the latter of which has been lacking in Vancouver), the water and the mountains. Ohh, the mountains and the water. It was truly spectacular. The drive home took too many hours as we took a different (read: longer, more scenic) route than going and made stops at fruit stands and at a home-cooking restaurant for a late dinner. The interior of BC is really stunning and am glad I got to see it for the first time…
First weekend in July
